In Store Services

Due to the complex nature of some computer problems, there are many repair, upgrade and troubleshooting services that we only provide to customers in our Monrovia store. These services include but are not limited to:

•       - Antivirus application install
•       - Hardware repairs and upgrades
•       - Windows operating system troubleshooting
•       - System maintenance
•       - Data Recovery from all media types
•       - Application error troubleshooting
•       - Peripheral troubleshooting (cameras, printers, iPods etc.)
•       - Mac repair and troubleshooting

 

These types of services are easier for us to perform in our Monrovia facility and thus more cost effective for you! If you cannot bring your system into our Monrovia store we can also pick it up and deliver it to you when completed.

The PC Physical

The PC Physical is our most popular service at The PC/MD. This service is only offered at our Monrovia store and is designed to address many system problems including virus and spyware infection, software corruption, boot errors, system maintenance, and Internet connection problems. The PC Physical is a special service at a reduced labor rate, additional problems found during the physical may incur additional charges.
