Remote Services

The PC/MD now offers remote assistance services for existing clients only. Remote service by The PC/MD is a convient way for clients experiencing minor system issues to get professional assistance without bringing equipment into our store. Remote service starts at $25 and is chargable by the standard hourly rate of $100. Please contact us to see if remote service is right for you!
