Meet The PC/MD


Don Ward

 Mr. Ward established The PC/MD in 2002 with the idea of bringing quality computer repair, sales and service to Monrovia and the surrounding areas. Since its creation Mr. Ward has worked to grow The PC/MD as its president and CEO.  Mr. Ward comes from a government IT background and has extensive experience with computers, networking and business management.

Dan Smith

 Mr. Smith has been with The PC/MD since its inception and is a valued member of our staff. Mr. Smith is a retired phone company technician with many years of experience working with networks and electronics. He is also a skilled PC technician with A+ certification.

Stephen Ward

 Stephen Ward is a graduate of The University of New Haven, and has recently joined the PC/MD team. Mr. Ward is employed as the PC/MD office/administrative specialist and handles many of the administrative tasks associated with the business.

Dan Rust

 Mr. Rust has been associated with The PC/MD since its inception in 2002. With a background in wireless service and technology, as well as his A+ certification, Mr. Rust has proven to be a skilled PC technician and a key member of our staff.

Shawn Edmands

 Mr. Edmands had been employed by The PC/MD, took a year to gain experience with user support in another location. He has returned to the team to become the Lead Technician and become a Manager for The PC/MD. His support experience, and knowledge of hardware and software alike, make Mr. Edmands a valuable part of The PC/MD team.

John Ford

 Mr. Ford is currently a college student woh has been working part time at The PC/MD for 2+ years. Mr. Ford is a extremely skilled technician.

Cory Harrtell

 Mr. Harrell is a talented member of our staff. He has great knowledge of our tools and is dedicated to our approach to repair and service.

Noah Maranto

 Mr. Maranto Joined our team in 2010 He has had experience in customer relations, is careful worker and is has great potential as a technician with The PC/MD.

Henry Gay

 Mr. Gay is a 2010 graduate of Urbana High School, who served us as an intern Computer Technician. He will continue working part time for The PC/MD, while attending FCC in the fall, to further persue his career in Computer Science.
